BlazBlue CSII 3DS and PSP Arrive Simultaneously
Arc System Works shares lots of screens for its now multiplatform portable BlazBlue.
BlazBlue Continuum Shift II appeared out of nowhere on Nintendo's 3DS release list last week. Today, we at long last have some details.
As you might have expected, the 3DS version of the game is the same as the recently announced PSP version. Both versions are due on March 31 at an undisclosed price.
Arc System Works shared screens and details for the game today and did not provide a distinction between the two versions. This presumably means that they will look similar.
As previously detailed, the portable version of arcade's CSII (which is pretty much the console version of BlazBlue CS but with all the download content unlocked) adds a number of new features, including new scenarios for its story mode, a Legion mode that returns from the previous PSP BlazBlue, and an all new Abyss mode which hasn't seen any announced details at present.
The below screens show some of the new features.
Makoto, Valkenhayn, Platinum and Mu-Twelve were all new for arcade players, although those who played the console BlazBlue CS should recognize them. Here they are in portable form.
