Super Street Fighter IV Producer Denied a 3DS

When 3DS preorders kicked off throughout Japan on the 20th, Super Street Fighter IV producer Yoshinori Ono was in Europe promoting 3D Edition at a Nintendo event.

Ono and Blanka returned to Japan and attempted to preorder a system, only to learn what most others learned on the evening of the 20th: preorders have ended at most shops.

From Ono's Twitter. Signs say preorders have ended. Also, details on same day stock (for those who did not preorder) have yet to be announced.

Ono says via Twitter that he may have to line up on launch day.

If Ono were the producer of Resident Evil instead of Street Fighter, I bet Alex would give him one of his five pre-orders.
