Kingdom Hearts Tops the Charts

Monster Hunter takes second place in slow sales week.

With Final Mix out of the way, Square Enix has moved on to promoting Kingdom Hearts 3D.

Monster Hunter Portable 3rd finally got bumped from first place last week via a fellow PSP title, Another Century's Episode Portable. This week, it took another PSP title to do the job. Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, the "International" version of last January's Birth by Sleep, topped the charts this week with 77,317 units, besting Monster Hunter's 43,196 units.

It was a slow week for game sales over all, despite a rush of new releases. New entries in the top 20 included Kaiju Busters Powered (DS), Venus & Braves (PSP), and Love Zombie (DS).
