Sega Readying Naked Eye 3D Shooter for Arcades
Let's Go Island to have deluxe cabinet that can blow air to immerse players in the experience.
Sega announced "Let's Go Island: Lost on the Island of Spice" at last year's AOU Amusement Expo. The game has resurfaced with new name: Let's Go Island 3D.
This Ringedge-based gun shooting game, the next entry in the series of games that includes "Let's Go Jungle," makes use of a 3D monitor which allows for 3D play without the need for goggles. In addition to 3D visuals, the game's enclosed cabinet is capable of sending out bursts of air timed with the action.
Let's Go Island 3D will go on location test from the 11th through the 13th at Ikebukuro Gigo. The game will also be shown in Sega's booth at this year's AOU, which will be held on the 18th and 19th at the Makuhari Messe convention center just outside of Tokyo.

Sega also updated its AOU exhibit list today with Let's Go Island 3D, Sega Network Taisen Mahjong MJ5, 2D fighting game Chaos Code, and some medal games.
