Square Enix announced today that it has cancelled Xbox 360 title Gun Loco. The announcement came through a message at the game's official site. A clear reason for the cancellation was not provided.

Gun Loco was first announced at the Gamescom event in August of last year. Square Enix went on to stage some elaborate promotions, including a tie-up with Hatsune Miku. The game was also playable at last year's Tokyo Game Show.
