G.rev has a big Golden Week update on the way for Xbox Live Arcade shooter Strania. The publisher will release a patch tomorrow (5/3). The game's first download content is also coming soon.

The patch, which takes the game to version 1.1, fixes bugs and makes a number of changes. Among the changes:

• Select specific areas of stages during training mode
• Screen mode option for changing aspect ratio to 4:3
• Maximum life count, selectable in options, raised from 5 to 9
• Adjustments to attack, bomb and missile capabilities
