Vampires roam the streets of Akihabara in Akiba's trip. Kill them by tearing their clothes off.

The Media Create weekly sales charts was given a post Golden Week infusion of high profile new releases, and the result was that Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2 Professional was finally pushed from the top spot.

This week, Akiba's Trip topped the charts with 58,150 units sold in its first week. The PSP action title, a self-published effort from Way of the Samurai developer Acquire, bested other newcomers this week including 3DS fighter Dead or Alive Dimensions, PSP strategy game Gungnir, and the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Portal 2.
