Protestors in the Middle East have utilized it as a tool in their march towards freedom. But it's only today that I realized the true power of Twitter format as Nintendo got itself account.
The Nintendo Twitter page is as boring as the Nintendo official site. This is fitting, as Nintendo says that it be using the account to just relay official site updates and other notices.
They won't be answering any questions via Twitter. But, of course, you weren't really expecting a direct line to Miyamoto, were you?
Even though the Twitter feed just started earlier today, Nintendo already has over 5,000 followers as of this writing, making it far more popular than the unofficial Andriasang.com Twitter bot (which is named anoopfeed for some reason).
