AMD and IBM Announce Wii U Partnership
This is what will power the next generation of Zelda.
Following Nintendo's announcement of the Wii U today, AMD and IBM have issued announcements of their own, providing a few additional insights into the system's technology.
IBM said that it has developed a Power-based CPU for the system. The CPU will be produced using 45 nanometer technology at IBM's manufacturing facility in East Fishkill, N.Y.. You can read IBM's press release here.
