Motorstorm 3 was delayed indefinitely following the March 11 earthquake and tsunami. Today, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan announced that it has totally cancelled the game.

The company did not provide a clear reason for the cancellation.

Those who do want to play Motorstorm 3 can pick up the game's overseas version. It was released between March and May in other territories under the name MotorStorm: Apocalypse.
