Early (and totally unverified, so don't tell mom just yet!) leaks from this week's Famitsu reveal a September 8 release date for Resident Evil Revival Selection. The PS3 and Xbox 360 title will be priced at ¥4,490, which is pretty close to budget pricing level.

Revival Selection combines HD remastered versions of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil Code: Veronica on one or two discs depending on your platform. The PS3 version ships on one Blu-ray disc. The 360 version comes on two DVDs.

In addition to the game content, Capcom is including a digital version of the two Resident Evil Archives books. This will be included as a product code with the first print run of the PS3 version of the game.
