Mysterious Tweet From Kojima Causes ZOE 3DS Speculation

Can you figure out what this image is?

If so, you may want to pass along the information to Hideo Kojima. Even though he shared the image today via Twitter, he seems to not know what it is. Kojima says that he found the image at the desk of a Mr. Omori (presumably designer Takahiro Omori).

Kojima has actually be going around the Kojima Productions office sharing pics from the various desks, so it's possible that he may have just found some doodles.
