3DS Stays Above 100,000 Following Price Drop

Neptune mk2 and Growlanser debut in the top 10.

 
The Keiji Inafune-powered Neptune Mk2 makes it into the top 10.

The 3DS took an expected hit the week after its price drop. But the system still managed to sell above the 100,000 mark, outselling all other systems combined.

Last week also marked the PS3's sudden ¥5,000 yen price drop. The system saw somewhat of a boost , rising from 20,000 units the week prior to 30,000 units.

The software chart was even less eventful, with Rhythm Heaven and Monster Hunter Diary G vying for the top spot. New debuts include Neptune mk2, Growlanser IV Over Reloaded, and love/adventure games Amnesia and Bunmei Kaika Aoiza Ibunroku.
