At the 49th Amusement Machine Show today, Taito took the veil off its latest arcade technology. Following the Type-X2 board, the company will be releasing the Type-X3 board.

Taito says the board is made for next generation arcade games. Aside from this, and the board image above, it has yet to share details.

The Type-X2 board powers such games as Street Fighter, BlazBlue and the upcoming Persona arcade fighter.

Persona 4 on display at the AM Show today. The event is taking place next door to the Tokyo Game Show.
