A few weeks back, Arc System Works' Hiroyuki Masuno said that he was hoping to make a music player for the PlayStation Vita once work on BlazBlue Continuum Shift Extend was completed (see this story). It turns out he was already making this music player, and its name is: Project NOELS.
Project NOELS is a download exclusive PlayStation Vita app which promises to infuse rhythm game elements into a music visualization program. The app gets its name from BlazBlue's Noel Vermillion -- the character shown in these screenshots.
The download for the main player app will be a mere 10 megabytes, Arc says. The app will also be expanded with download content.
