Famitsu Going Digital on iOS and Android
The same content as the weekly magazine, available every Friday for your smartphone.
Weekly Famitsu, source of much Japanese gaming news, is going digital. Enterbrain announced today that the latest issues of the magazine will be available in digital download form for iOS and Android smartphones every Friday. This is the day after the magazine hits newsstands.
The digital version will contain the same content as the print version, including the cross reviews, news articles, features and previews. You'll be able to select the article you want to read via thumbnails, and also jump immediately to content for specific games via a game index.
Each issue of digital Famitsu will be priced ¥350, the usual going rate for the print version (although the print version can vary a bit depending on content). You can purchase the digital magazine from the Book Walker viewer app, which is available as a free download on App Store and Android Market.
