Yakuza's Kazuma Kiryu Appears in Binary Domain
The Yakuza star dresses like Rambo for online combat.
It's just a bit odd that the first game from Sega's newly formed Ryu ga Gotoku "Yakuza" Studio won't be a Yakuza game. But Binary Domain will at least have one major tie-in with the Yakuza series.
Famitsu reveals this week that Yakuza series main character Kazuma Kiryu will be included as a download content bonus with the game's first print run. You'll be able to use Kazuma in the game's online multiplayer mode.
We're getting mixed reports on Kazuma's appearance. Some say he appears in his traditional white and red suit. Others say he looks like Rambo. Both may be correct, as the game's online mode has two sets of costumes for each character type, one when sided with the government and one when sided with the resistance.
This appears to be just a bonus for online play. Don't expect to take control of Kazuma in the game's scenario mode (which takes place years in the future).
