Zelda Skyward Sword Rated Perfect in Famitsu
First perfect score of the year, and third for the Zelda franchise.
Weekly Famitsu has given out lots of near perfect scores this year, but no perfect score. Until now, that is. According to Sinobi, a site that gets the magazine in advance, Zelda: Skyward Sword received a perfect 40 rating this week. The magazine's four reviewers each gave the game a 10.
Zelda is no stranger of perfect scores from Famitsu. Ocarina of Time, released on the Nintendo 64 in November 1998, was the first perfect score from the magazine. Wind Waker, released in December 2002 for GameCube, was the fourth.
Famitsu has in total given sixteen perfect scores. Last year, it gave two. In 2009 it gave four. Zelda is the first perfect score this year.
