Hatsune Miku and Sengoku Basara Vie For the Top Sales Spot

3DS sells above 100,000 for second week in a row.

Sega keeps on making 'em and Miku fans keep on buying 'em.

The latest PSP installment in the Hatsune Miku Project Diva series was the top selling game last week, with 184,673 units sold. It easily took the top spot in Media Create's weekly sales chart, although Sengoku Basara 3 Utage was just 10,000 off if you add up its PS3 and Wii versions.

Other major releases for the week included Sony's PSP remake of classic PlayStation RPG Oreshika. This sold 94,085 units, putting it above Super Mario 3D Land, which fell to fourth place from last week's first place debut. Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker HD Edition debuted in 7th on PS3 with 39,743 units, beating Wii's Pokepark 2, which sold 35,785 units.

The Xbox 360 version of Peace Walker didn't chart, but Kadokawa Games' dungeon RPG Labyrinth Cross Blood Reloaded did make it in at 20 with 6,178 units sold.
