Metal Gear Solid HD Edition will see retail release as scheduled tomorrow, November 23. But PS3 owners who want the game's download version are going to have to wait just a bit.

While the PS3 download version was originally scheduled for release on the 23rd as well, Konami today announced a delay to December 8. This applies to all three download versions: MGS2 on its own, MGS3 on its own, and MGS2&3 bundled together.

Konami did not give a reason for the delay.

The Xbox 360 download version is still due some time in 2012.
