3DS Firmware Update Delayed to December 8

Promised update won't make it out this month as previously announced.

Nintendo's promised late November 3DS firmware update won't be arriving in late November. In an update posted to its website today, Nintendo confirmed the delay, saying that more time is needed for preparations. The update is now scheduled to arrive on December 8.

Nintendo's announcement today listed the following as major features for the update:

3D movie capture and playback functionality added to the 3DS Camera program
Additional features for Mii Plaza
Functionality for transferring download titles and data from one 3DS to another

These were all previously announced.
