Those screenshots Silicon Studio shared yesterday comparing the Orochi engine on PlayStation 3, Windows and PlayStation Vita were just a bit small. So, here they are again, this time large enough to see some actual differences.
As detailed yesterday, Orochi Engine is a multiplatform game engine and library from Silicon Studio, developer of such games as 3D Dot Game Heroes. While the engine has been around a while, Vita support is new.
One of the appeals of the Orochi Engine is that it may be more accessible to Japanese developers due to Japanese documentation and support. Silicon also says that it can allow for easily multiplatform development on PS3 and Vita.
These two sets of comparison shots show the same scene on Windows, Vita and PS3 (top to bottom). See if you can spot the differences (Pro tip: click to make bigger).
