EA is for some reason making an animated movie based off Dragon Age, and Gackt is for some reason starring in it.

That's Gackt to the right of Chiaki Kuriyama (Kill Bill, Yakuza, Xbox 360 Resident Evil 5 commercials) at the movie's press conference yesterday. Avex held the press conference at Stellina Church in Tokyo. Visit the 4Gamer story for more pics.

I'm not sure if Stellina Church is an actual church or not... but it does have a cross on its roof.

The Dragon Age movie is being directed by Fumihiko Sori. The movie's story will take place one day before the events of Dragon Age II, which sees Japanese PS3 and Xbox 360 release in February 2011. It will serve as a bridge between the stories of Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age II.
