Manga artist Pyocotan is lining up overnight for PlayStation Vita. You might remember Pyocotan for his cosplaying antics as a Wiimote. For the Vita launch, he's being a bit more controversial:
In this video, Pyocotan, presumably answering as Mario, is asked why he decided to line up for the Vita. His response is that it would be uninteresting if Nintendo totally dominated the portable hardware war.
Pyocotan is lined up at the Yodobashi Camera in Akihabara. According to Famitsu.com, this shop had around 80 people lined up at around 2:30 or so.
While the system is available for purchase without a pre-order, the person at the head of the line, who'd been in line since 21:00, told 4Gamer that he already had a pre-order but was just in line to pick up his system.
The Akihabara Yodobashi Camera opens at 8:00.
