Hudson Bee May Live

Following an official filing yesterday, Hudson has issued a more succinct statement at its homepage announcing its upcoming absorption/merger into Konami Digital Entertainment.

"We will continue to work to deliver new entertainment to our fans, now as a member of Konami Group," read the message.

Hudson brand product and services will continue to be developed, according to the notice. This makes it seem that the Hudson name will continue to live.

It also appears that the Hudson official site will stay open.
