Sony added support for new web service to PlayStation Vita today. Owners of the new portable can download a free Flickr app.

The app allows you to share your photos to Flickr and also post comments. To use the app, you'll need to have a Flickr account. You'll also need to be able to read English, as the app is English-only (yes, this is an announcement from Sony Japan).

The Flickr app joins apps for Nico Nico Video and Twitter which launched with the system back in December. Foursquare, Facebook, Skype are also on the way, but Sony has not said when.
