Sega shared a bunch of screenshots today for Hatsune Miku and Future Stars Project Mirai, the cutified 3DS entry in the Hatsune Miku rhythm series. This is the first official media blast for the game since its announcement, and the shots show a few song sequences, the "My Room" feature, and AR support.
The basic rhythm gameplay involves tapping corresponding buttons as they're reached by a marker that spins around a circle. This is called the "Chance Circle System."
Song: Watashi no Jikan (My Time)
Song: Piano Girl
Song: Sing & Smile
In your My Room, you can view Miku in her natural environment, and possibly see some expressions you wouldn't normally see when she's dancing during the main gameplay. As you watch, the screen shows a clock. Sega suggests that you may be able to use the My Room feature as a desktop clock.
Using the 3DS AR capabilities and the included AR card, you can make Hatsune Miku appear on your esk for a "desktop" live. While the live is progressing, you can take 3D pics with the system.
