Professor Layton VS Ace Attorney Has Animation From Bones

During yesterday's Ace Attorney 10th anniversary event in Tokyo, Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino and Ace Attorney creator Shu Takumi took the stage to share a few bits about Professor Layton VS Ace Attorney.

Outside of a live play session from Takumi, the big bit of news was that the game has animation from Bones. Attendees were treated to a brief clip showing Phoenix Wright in an airplane heading towards London. You can see some high res still pics from the animation here.

Unfortunately, the two did not share a specific release date besides the previously announced TBA 2012.
