Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown Confirmed for Japanese Release

 

Sega's international offices announced Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown for PS3 and Xbox 360 downloadable release late last year. The Japanese announcement has come at last via this week's Famitsu.

The magazine shares a few details about the game's exclusive home features. Players can look forward to new License Challenge and Training Dojo modes. Online support includes replay saving and uploads, eight player rooms, and voice chat. The game will have download content items for customizing your characters.

As with the rest of the world, the Japanese PSN and Xbox Live Arcade release is planned for Summer.
