Weekly Sales: Dragon Quest X at Top, Wii Surges, and Top Ten Debut for Kamen Rider 2

 

Dragon Quest X may have made its expected debut at the top of the Enterbrain weekly sales charts, but it was not the only new release for the week.

All Kamen Rider Rider Generation 2 debuted on both DS and PSP. The DS version made it into the top ten with 20,667 units. The PSP version just missed the top ten with 14,530 units.

Other games in the top 30 include Corpse Party The Anthology for PSP with 8,361 units, Smile PreCure! Let's Go! Marchen World for 3DS with 7,985 units, and the budget version of Tales of Vesperia on PS3 with 7,229 units.

As always, 3DS dominated the hardware race, although sales saw their expected drop following the previous week's 3DS XL-influenced surge. Wii saw a Dragon Quest driven surge to 41,561 units, up four fold over the previous week.
