Idea Factory and Nippon Ichi announced today the formation of a new company called Preapp. The two publishers are investing in the company, which will be based in Yokohama and headed up by Haru Akenaga.

Akenaga was formerly president of NIS America, Nippon Ichi's US subsidiary. The new company hopes to use Akenaga's experience to create business chances in international markets.
