Date Set for Mega Man 9
Xbox 360 and PS3 versions arrive nine months late.
Mega Man 9 has been a Wii-only thing here in Japan since its release on September 24. But that's at long last going to change in just about a week.
Capcom announced today release details for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game, known here as "Rockman Yabou no Fukkatsu!!" (Rockman: Revival of Ambition!!"). Owners of the high end machines can look forward to the game on June 24, priced at ¥1,000 for PS3 and 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox 360.
Overseas, Mega Man 9 has been available across all three platforms since day one. Capcom never provided a clear reason for the release discrepancy.
