Ultimate Party Challenge Set for Japan
Konami gives its Wii party game a new name and a final date.
Ultimate Party Challenge was announced first overseas, but players in Japan were the first to get final word on the game's release today. Konami opened a product page for the game, which will be known here as Family Challenge Wii.
This latest Wii party game makes use of the Dance Dance Revolution control mat for a series of mini games playable by up to four. Konami's US official site for the game promises 40 mini games along with Mii support.
The game will see domestic Wii release on November 19. On its own, the software alone will cost ¥3,675. Bundled with the required Dance Dance Revolution mat, the price bumps up to ¥6,090.
