PlayStation 3 is getting a rebirth tomorrow. But Sony apparently wasn't content with just a hardware revision.

Today, the company revamped its PlayStation.jp portal with a fresh new look.

The new site is a lot less crowded than the previous one. At the top are sections for PS3, PSP, PSN, Sony's internal software, support, and the PS World portal. Below that, a flash selector highlighting one piece of content.

Sony didn't just redo the front page. It appears that the internals of the site have been updated too, although I was able to dig a few levels and find remnants of the old design.
