Sega Brings End of Eternity to Jump
Company to host demo of new RPG and Phantasy Star Portable 2.
A big demo for End of Eternity is scheduled to his Xbox Live and PSN on December 22. But there may be a way to get your hands on the game before that.
Sega detailed its plans today for this weekend's Jump Festa event. The company will be showing two titles: End of Eternity and Phantasy Star Portable 2.
It's unclear what form the EoE demo will take. It may end up being the TGS version, but if we're lucky, Sega will give Jump attendees an early sampler of the new demo.
EoE fans will want to try the demo out either way. Sega will be giving a set of five special End of Eternity Christmas cards to those who play.
As for Phantasy Star Portable 2, Sega's showing for the in-release title is a bit more elaborate. Demo kiosks will let players make use of a special Jump collaborative "Gouken Anchor King" weapon in the "Fight the Dragon in the PSO Forest Stage" area. Additionally, those who bring in special seals from either the February V-Jump or today's Weekly Shounen Jump will receive a product code for downloading the weapon for themselves. This code will be on a special Jump Festa card.
Outside of these two titles, Sega will be distributing demo data for the DS version of Puyo Puyo 7.
