We've had a few game-specific DSi and DS Lite hardware revisions. But, until now, there hasn't been a game-specific DSi LL.

Konami will be changing that with the release of Love Plus +, a followup of sorts to the original Love PLus -- you know, the love sim that drove some players to buy birthday cakes for its three heroines.

Love Plus + hits in the summer. In addition to a software-only ¥4,800 version, Konami will be preparing a hardware bundle that pairs the game with a specially DSi LL system.

Actually, make that three hardware bundles. Love Plus focuses on three heroines, Manaka, Rinko and Nene. Each girl will get a bundle that puts their face on the top of the included DSi LL.

The bundles are named "Manaka Deluxe," "Rinko Deluxe" and "Nene Deluxe." Further details will be shared at the official site shortly.
