Sega said earlier this year that it was developing a card-based arcade game based off the Transformers Animated series. It looks like those darn Japanese pluralization issues have struck again, as the company actually has two Transformers Animated games in development.

Arcade-goers can look forward to both Transformers Animated The Chase and Transformers Animated The Shooting. The former is a "racing kids card game" where you attempt to capture the Deceptiscum. The later is a "shooting kids card game" where you attempt to defeat the Deceptitrash.

Both games use cards featuring your favorite Autobot and Decepticon characters. You can see a few sample card images at the newly opened teaser site.

Transformers Animated The Chase and Transformers Animated The Shooting both hit arcades this Summer.
