I already shared some of the major points from the Japanese version of the Q&A in this story from last week. As noted then, Capcom said that the 3DS titles it announced at E3 are not included in its plans for the current fiscal year. This suggested that they will not see release this year.

The official English translation of the Q&A makes the point even clearer: "We broke the news at E3 2010 that development is underway for 'Resident Evil: Revelations (tentative title)' and 'Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition,' but we do not expect these titles to be ready for release this fiscal year."
