Sega to Broadcast TGS Stage Events Live

Yakuza Of the End, Virtual On, Vanquish, and mystery title to have their press conferences broadcast over Ustream.

Following last year's Yakuza 4 stage, this is what series director Toshihiro Nagoshi did. Let's hope Sega keeps the live cameras running this year.

Everyone is on Ustream at this year's Tokyo Game Show. That includes Sega, who announced today that it will be broadcasting most of its stage shows live.

You can see a full schedule of stages here.

Highlights include:

Black Panther Yakuza Completion Ceremony

Thursday 9/16, 11:00 - 11:40. Featuring appearances by Toshihiro Nagoshi, members of the voice staff, Anne Nakamura and other idols (including the pole dancer), and music group Rize. This will also serve as an announcement press conference for the Black Panther TV show

Yakuza Of the End Production Press Conference

Thursday 9/16, 12:30 - 13:00. Featuring Toshihiro Nagoshi and the seven winning hostesses. Sega held a similar press conference at last year's TGS for Yakuza 4.

Last year's Yakuza 4 stage.

"Coming Soon"

Thursday 9/16, 14:00 - 14:30. Could this be for that new game that Sega has been teasing? You know, the one everyone knows is a new Valkyria Chronicles?

Vanquish Stage

Friday 9/17, 11:00 - 11:30. Featuring director Shinji Mikami and producer Atsushi Inaba.

Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity Stage

Friday 9/17, 12:30 - 13:00. Featuring producer Satoshi Sakai.

Shiren the Wanderer 5 Stage

Friday 9/17, 15:20 to 15:50. Featuring Chunsoft CEO Koichi Nakamura.

Shining Hearts Voice Cast Press Conference

Saturday 9/18, 11:00 to 11:40. This won't be broadcast (Sega didn't say why, but it's probably due to restrictions on the voice actor side.)

Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity Web Radio Public Recording

Saturday 9/18, 12:10 to 12:40.

Virtual On Force Stage

Sunday 9/19, 14:50 to 15:20. Featuring series producer Jurou Wataru and Super Robot Taisen chief producer Takanobu Terada. (A bit odd...)

Tokyo Game Show 2010 Sega Finale Live

Sunday 9/19, 16:20 to 16:50. Sega's legendary H. band will be joined by True Blue for this annual musical sendoff. The audio probably won't be good over Ustream, but don't miss it!

Sega's H. Team (you know, Game Over Yeah! and Daytoooooonaaaaaa!) at last year's Yappa Asobinasai event.
