Today is El Shaddai's launch day. It's also the one day where the girls will outnumber the guys in early morning lines at the local game shop.

According to Inside Games, which posted the above image at its Twitter, some 100 people were lined up for the official El Shaddai launch event in Akihabara (which I think is at one of the shops that sells the El Shaddai jeans). The majority were apparently girls.

I wonder how many of them have pre-ordered the El Shaddai Nephilim cushion that Bandai will be releasing this July. Pre-orders for the 60 centimeter, ¥3,990 cushion will run through May 23 (see here for how to order). The cushion is intended for ages 15 and up.
