Sony has posted the Harrison Ford Uncharted 3 spot to the game's official site. Access the site's video page for the commercial, a gameplay video with Ford and a making of video.
The only catch is, the videos are viewable only in Japan. If you're not in Japan, you're going to have to be sneaky.
