The site includes information about XIII-2 and a Twitter-based mini game where you and a Moogle attempt to "catch" Tweets. You'll need to log in with your Twitter account in order to play the mini game.

Given that 90% of Andriasang.com's readership use either Firefox, Chrome or Safari (Firefox and Chrome are neck and neck at top), I should point out that you don't actually need to use IE9 to access the campaign site.
