Konami announced today that membership in its popular Dragon Collection social game has topped the five million mark.
Available for the GREE social gaming platform, Dragon Collection has players do battle to collect monster cards and treasure. Konami has been increasing awareness for the game through tie-ups with beverage makers, a manga in Weekly Shounen Magazine, and other promotions.
In its November earnings report, Konami cited the game as one of its strong performers for the year, noting that it was the number one title on the GREE platform. At the time, the company said the game had reached the four million member mark as of August 31.
