As part of a series of videos for its PlayStation Vita Game Heaven broadcast, Sony shared a four minute clip of Kojima Productions staffers, Hideo Kojima included, discussing the Vita. The clip includes brief gameplay footage of Metal Gear Solid HD Edition, and the announcement of a June 28 release date.

Like most Vita games, MGS HD will come in package and download forms. The package version will cost ¥4,980. The download version will be ¥4,480.
