Like most massively multiplayer online RPGs, Dragon Quest X will see frequent updates. Producer Yosuke Saito revealed at Twitter today that the DQX development team is hoping to have a major update for the game once every ten weeks. These updates will add new gameplay systems and play elements.

Saito also said that the game will receive weekly quests downloads. These quests will have story elements. Further details will be announced later.
