Sega has formally announced the release date for Hatsune Miku Project Diva Dreamy Theater Extend. As we detailed earlier in the week, the downloadable companion title to PSP's Hatsune Miku Project Diva Extend will be released on September 13, priced ¥3,900.

We previously mentioned some of the new features for Dreamy Theater Extend, including the new Live Mode, which recreates the stage events from the Miku fan events, and the inclusion of six modules from the Hatsune Miku arcade game. Look below for screens and art.
